RFQ Form

Send a structured inquiry

Use the form for quick routing, or email directly when drawings, attachments, or CC recipients are required.

RFQ Preparation Checklist

To help our engineering team provide an accurate technical review and quote, please include the following details in your inquiry:

  • Motor Specifications

    Voltage (e.g., 24V, 48V), rated/peak current, and pole pairs.

  • PCBA Envelope

Maximum diameter or dimensions (e.g., fit within 30mm x 30mm).

  • Encoder & Bus

Magnetic/Optical encoder resolution, and communication protocol (CAN, RS485, EtherCAT).

  • Firmware & Calibration

Do you need factory calibration, or will you flash your own firmware?

  • Production Plan

Target prototype quantity and estimated annual volume (EAU).

Important:All performance specifications (including GaN efficiency and power density) are strictly dependent on actual operating voltage, continuous/peak current draw, duty cycle, enclosure heat transfer, cooling methods, and firmware configuration. Please provide as much operating context as possible for an accurate assessment.

STEP Envelope Request

Use this path when mechanical envelope, connector, heat path, and board stack are the first blockers.

Quality Package Review

Use this path when supplier qualification needs FAI, AVL, CTQ, inspection, thermal, traceability, or release evidence.

Review quality evidence

Robot Joint Turnkey RFQ

Use this path when one actuator program needs drive PCBA, sourcing controls, validation gates, labels, packaging, and MP release.

What Happens After Inquiry

  1. Engineering pre-check for model fit and data completeness.
  2. Quote direction with lead-time assumptions and risk notes.
  3. Sample scope alignment and validation acceptance criteria.
  4. Production and delivery planning for approved programs.

Common Clarification Questions

Can I send a rough requirement before final drawings are ready?

Yes. Send your current assumptions first, then mark pending items clearly so we can return a provisional quote scope.

How should we handle engineering changes after sample approval?

Use a revision-controlled change request with effective lot and impact scope agreed by both teams.

Can we align on compliance files before mass production?

Yes. Please list required document types in the RFQ stage so they are included in validation and delivery planning.

Suggested First RFQ Email Format

If your team needs a fast start, use this structure in the first email. It improves quote precision and reduces clarification cycles.

  1. Project background and application scenario.
  2. Motor target: frame size candidate, torque at speed, electrical window.
  3. Mechanical interface: shaft, flange, connector, drawing revision.
  4. Commercial scope: prototype quantity, annual forecast, destination, and target ship date.

What You Should Review Before Sending RFQ

  • Products for architecture-level selection and model-family fit.
  • Solutions / Applications for scenario-specific constraints and validation priorities.
  • OEM Capabilities for design collaboration, quality controls, and delivery process.
  • Engineering Blog for practical checklists you can copy into buyer workflows.
